So I'm putting forth a proposal for all comic artists for an Internet Comic Coopertive. It's a non-profit, cheap and effective way to host a web comic. At $10 a month for even very active sites (~70 GB of transfer), it includes gigs of storage, a comic management system if you don't want to make your own, access to a PHP/MySQL system if you want to make your own, message board, web mail, blog, and more.
It'd be run by the comic artists in the collective, and it would take advantage of that great communal feel artists tend to get. Here is the abstract (comment in this blog entry if you have any questions, or if I wasn't clear): Internet Comic Cooperative.
